Development and Intervention Proposal with Earthen Refurbishments with Vegetal Origin Gel (VOG) for the Preservation of Traditional Adobe Buildings

This research focuses on the addition of an ecological, sustainable material to improve durability earthen constructions and for use in rehabilitation restoration processes. Specifically, it studies mechanical waterproof performance mixture with a vegetal origin gel (VOG) obtained by extracting starch contained rice. solution increases behavior against water improves resistance system. study is divided into two parts.
